As a clinical psychologist, a graduate of the George Washington University in Washington, DC, I provide therapy and assessment services to adults, children and adolescents. I also supervise doctorate psychology students as part of the clinical faculty at George Washington University.

With an intensive training in psychodynamic and interpersonal approaches, as well as training in cognitive-behavioral therapy, I am able to use these different treatment modalities to create an appropriate treatment plan based on your individual needs. The psychodynamic technique gives meaning to behaviors and feelings. It is useful in better handling conflict and acquiring increased self-control in order to regain autonomy, live peacefully with your environment, and obtain overall greater life satisfaction. The cognitive-behavioral approach has been proven particularly useful in treating anxiety disorders and depression.

I am bilingual and offer psychotherapy and assessment services in both French and English.
